Buyer and Purchasing Agents
Lead buyer specialist
Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, and close agreements
Establishing and conducting clients needs and requests
Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction
Hire, train, consult, and hold accountable all buyer specialists and showing assistants
Oversee all aspects of buyers transactions from initial to close
Negotiate for all buyers
Expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing and all homeownership issuses
Attending courses and practicing dialogues/scripts
Selecting homes to fit clients needs, identify homes, and refining needs

I’m a passionate, creative and well organized real estate expert. I work as part of a team with my father and mother. I joined The Haviland Group in 2005 joining my father and benefiting from his decades of experience in Real Estate. Before joining The Haviland Group, I served two local non profit organizations, The Atlantic City Rescue Mission and The Arc of Atlantic County in their development department. My love of people and desire help others has carried over in my career with The Haviland Group. I enjoy helping make people’s dreams come true and coming up with solutions for problems.
I love doing whatever it takes to to exceed the expectations of our clients and help make their dreams come true. I especially enjoy getting to know our clients, many of whom have become personal friends over the years.
